So glad we found this place! There was a post about Ultra Glo Pet spa in a fb group and we decided to book with them as our third try with finding a groomer for our 5 mo puppy- Hannah. Everyone in the past said she would need 4-5 visits before she learns to let them finish her groom. At one of the high end places, we got a cold vibe and the other was good, but we were looking for the ‘one’ that checks all boxes. But I must say, the people at Ultra Glo love dogs, and Hannah didn't want to come home, whereas she has always cried and waited for us to pick her up at other places. I m so glad we found Ultra Glo! Mira and Nikki and everyone we met there were such happy people n v caring for our pup! Can’t thank Niki enough for some amazing advice!
They have an open space, play area, and a window that makes it feel lively.
They use products that make our dog smell clean and fresh, and not like a perfume bottle, which i alws felt is unhealthy for our 5 mo old pup.
They took care of her n made sure she was comfortable. I cant believe they managed to trim around her eyes or that she stood still on a table 😄😄. We came home and she even posed for pictures - she never does, so I wonder if they trained her during the play- groom session as well, hahahah!

Worth trying to see if u would like to continue with them ( I bet u would!) :) or if u had a difficult or wiggly doggie… they r amazing! I can go on n on but surprised that she really stayed there for more than an hour n refused to return home when I had almost bought the complete self grooming kit thinking we would never be able to find someone who could complete her groom🙈😄! ❤️❤️
